Program Structure:
Week 1: Understanding Bullying Dynamics
- Introduction to the program and its goals.
- Define and explain different types of bullying.
- Explore the impact of bullying on individuals and the overall school environment.
- Share research and case studies on bullying.
Week 2: Attachment Theory and Bullying
- Explain attachment theory and its relevance to bullying.
- Discuss how unmet emotional needs can manifest as bullying behavior.
- Highlight the importance of empathy and compassion in addressing bullying.
Week 3: Culture Shift at the Leadership Level
- Emphasize the role of SLT in creating a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Provide strategies for SLT members to actively address bullying and promote respectful relationships.
- Discuss the significance of modeling positive behavior and communication.
Week 4: Extending Culture Shift to Staff
- Engage all staff members in understanding their role in preventing and addressing bullying incidents.
- Provide training on conflict resolution, empathy, and positive communication techniques.
- Encourage staff members to develop supportive relationships with students.
Week 5: Student Engagement and Empowerment
- Empower students to become active participants in the anti-bullying initiative.
- Conduct workshops or interactive sessions to promote empathy, emotional intelligence, and resilience among students.

Week 6: Sustaining the Change
